Erin has always been so helpful. As new cat-owners, we had a lot of questions and curiosities.  Not only was she able to help us with behavioral adjustments, she helped us understand our new feline family member and provide the best care for him.  She was prompt, knowledgeable, and always friendly.  In a day where customer service seems to have been cast aside, Erin delivers on all fronts.  I would highly recommend her to anyone and will be my go-to for all future behavioral needs.
Erin did an amazing job helping us wth our cats.  One of our cats suddenly became aggressive towards our other cats.  The aggression created a chaotic atmosphere in our house.  We called Erin and she developed a custom plan to first isolate and then re-introduce the cats.  Erin provided detailed instructions and was always available for questions.  She checked in on us frequently and tweaked the plane as needed.  After several weeks of following her plan, we are able to find harmony again in our house.  Our cats get along now and are able to cohabitate again.  We are so thankful for her help!

I first met Erin when I retained her services to care for my cats while I went away on vacation.  I found her to be extremely thorough, caring & responsive. She provided an email with status & pictures to give me peace of mind while away.  I was recently referred to her due to an issue I was having with two alpha cats at home. We had an untenable situation where my older cat would not accept the new one & despite our efforts for 3 years to integrate them following standard advised & yet no progress. I don't even know where to start. I was recommended Erin when I asked the rescue that my youngest came from about taking my second youngest. The owner then recommended Erin. I will admit at first it seemed like a ton of work that I was being stubborn about doing. Eventually it just got to be a lot that my cat was peeing and pooping outside of my litter box that I just said let's do this. Fast forward to now, my cat is a whole new cat and is able to show me just how awesome he truly is. Just like with anything else, nothing happens overnight and to get results it takes work. Erin was great! She came into our home to inspect all the areas our cat was giving us trouble with.
